All Church based activities temporarily suspended due to Covid19 restrictions
We look forward to welcoming you to our Sunday morning service which begins at 10.30am
We seek to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with a mix of traditional and contemporary worship, prayer and Bible teaching.
We remember the Lord in our Communion service on the first Sunday of every month at 1030am.
Children meet together for stories and activities during the main service.
A warm welcome awaits you at our friendly prayer and Bible study group in the church coffee lounge every Thursday morning at 10am.
With the emphasis on family fun Messy Church sessions run on the first Sunday of each month at 4pm. We offer a lively mix of songs, stories, crafts and activities culminating in sandwiches, cake and drinks! Come and join the fun.
Playpals is open every Tuesday morning during term time between 9.30am and 11.15am. This is a very relaxed and informal session for parents and/or carers with children under four. It gives adults an opportunity to chat with friends while the children play in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Toys and games are available and the children enjoy a fruit and biscuit snack with a drink while tea and coffee is available for the parents.
We meet every 3rd Wednesday each month to enjoy a cuppa and natter whilst working together to fill shoe boxes with gifts which are then sent out to needy children overseas. The boxes are filled with all sorts of goodies including hand-knitted gifts designed to provide some practical help and encouragement to those in desperate need. Why not join us?
With a good number of ladies currently producing blanket squares and clothes we are buillding a stock of filled shoe boxes for our friends in Romania.
We are also knitting adult sized hats and scarves for the Dairy House homeless project at Stratton on the Fosse run by Suz Addicott. This is a Wells combined churches project and residents of Dairy House have already enjoyed the benefit.
We have also responded to an appeal by Royal United Hospital in Bath for colourful blankets for dementia patients.
Please do join us in this worthwhile and fun activity providing real help for others.
For many years the three Paulton churches have endeavoured to work together in supporting the local community as well as those further afield.
To illustrate to the people of Paulton how important Easter is in the Christian calendar, on Good Friday we join together outside the local supermarket to listen to God's word, pray and sing a few hymns in remembrance of our Lord's sacrifice for us on the cross.
CHIP holds a quiz night periodically with many teams taking part. Thousands of pounds have been raised over the years in generous support of local initiatives. For example, illustrated Children's Bibles have been presented to Paulton infants and Scripture Union booklets given to year 6 children.
